PSVR2 is getting more affordable than ever this month, with Horizon Call of the Mountain bundles plunging to just £399.99/$399.99. It’s the perfect moment for some new game announcements, then, and Flat2VR has delivered with six new reveals overnight.
There are some really cool games here, so let’s recap them all:
- Out of Sight VR: a truly unique virtual reality experience which takes place from a second-person perspective. You play as Sophie, a blind girl who’s only able to “see” through the eyes of her teddy bear. Can you help her to navigate a dark and treacherous mansion?
- Postal 2 VR: an adaptation of the legendary PC first-person shooter, the 2003 title has been rebuilt for virtual reality, with manual reloading and physical melee combat.
- Roboquest VR: a fast-paced first-person shooter with roguelite progression, this game sees you wielding over 100 weapons in “adrenaline pumping” action shootouts, both in single player and two-player co-op.
- Shadowgate VR: The Mines of Mythrok: a virtual reality adaptation of the enormously popular Shadowgate series. Armed with a sorcerer’s wand and an enchanted shield, you must master your magic to make it through Mythrok.
- Surviving Mars: Pioneer: a first-person adaptation of the strategy survival series, this game casts you as a lone settler on the Red Planet, and requires you to manage your oxygen, nutrition, and health while braving your new home’s harsh environment.
- Wrath: Aeon of Ruin VR: inspired by the likes of DOOM, this game is built on the legendary Quake engine and promises a frenetic first-person shooter inspired by the 90s.
