Build Life on the Back of a Giant Creature in The Wandering Village, Confirmed for PS5, PS4

The Wandering Village, a lovely looking indie city builder, has been confirmed for a PS5 and PS4 release on the 17th July.

The key selling point here is that you're tasked with building a thriving civilisation on the back of a colossal, constantly wandering creature.

The game's been in early access on Steam since 2022, and has, naturally, received a whole bunch of major updates over the last few years. PlayStation players are getting the full 1.0 version.

User reviews have been really promising, by the way. Over 5,000 people have taken the time to rate the title on Steam, and it's sitting pretty at 'very positive' right now.

"Expand and optimize your village on the back of a living creature, either as a helper or a parasite," reads the official press release. "Adapt your strategy as you travel through a multitude of biomes and face new challenges and threats."
