Tbh though, a James Bond game using vaguely similar mechanics to the Hitman game could be amazing. I just hope they don't ***** it up.

Keep the story but add all the features and mechanics that V brought and add anything that had to be cut due to limitations of the time.
Sort of like the FFVII remake(s).

I don't think they'd even need to graphically improve the MGSV engine. It still looks good.

Very different but somewhat similar to how I've been saying for years that all Rockstar have to do is basically remake Red Dead 1 IN Red Dead 2 and ship them as a single mega-game and people would happily throw money at it.

I am so hyped for this! And I love that they've chosen to move on to a different story.

It's been a long time but I swear the PS4 Pro was reasonably priced on release and was more of an upgrade.

I've taken any opportunity to say this but I would do anything for Disney to throw a blank cheque at Frontier Developments to make a Star Wars equivalent of Elite Dangerous where you play as just some person in the Star Wars universe and can join the Rebel Alliance or the Empire or be a smuggler or whatever.

I miss how amazed I was when playing X-Wing Alliance and the sheer scope of it in my youth.

Honestly, I'm such a sucker for Star Wars that I'll play this and I'll probably love it, despite how much of a letdown it might be.

I just wish they would get someone like Frontier Developments to make what is basically a Star Wars version of Elite Dangerous (but being able to walk around your own ship and stations etc).
Give me the option to fly ANY starfighter or smaller freighter from the Star Wars universe.

CG trailers are rarely representative of gameplay or even tone.
Usually the gameplay is worse but hopefully in this case it could be the other way haha. At the end of the day, it has been long enough since Inquisition that I've already "mourned" the series so even if this ends up being absolutely terrible, I won't really care.

I'm betting that Bioware will put most of their effort and money into the new Mass Effect. That's where the money is.

I won't be happy if they don't get Camilla Luddington back.
She put so much effort in to playing Lara for the reboot trilogy and did an amazing job.

Video games are an art form and art will never have a good relationship with capitalism.
They may benefit each other from time to time but it always ends up abusive.

I'll probably give it a go for an hour in a year or two if it gets added to PS+ or something.

I would have much preferred to see a game that focuses on a single other DC character, like Green Lantern, The Flash, Green Arrow or whatever and provide a proper single player game with all the love and detail that the Arkham games have.

All I can see is Rolf Harris or Colonel Sanders 😂

This might be an unpopular opinion these days but I'm one of those people who loves the idea of cinematic universes... but I would love this universe expanded.
Obviously I know we're getting the Wolverine game set in the same universe but I would lovvvveee for them to do a Daredevil game.
Splitting the game between superhero stuff and lawyering/investigating would be interesting and it could have Jessica Jones and Luke Cage cameos.

Daredevil has been my favourite Marvel hero since I was a little kid and I have a whole stack of the comics so I'm obviously biased.

I platinumed it today and loved every minute. Definitely hoping we get another story expansion, like the last game.
I'd love to see them expand this universe and have it cross over with the upcoming Wolverine game. And I'd give a kidney for a Daredevil game made with the same love and care that Insomniac put into these games.

I'd love to see a new IP that has the same level of detail and depth that went into TLoU2 as well as the great storytelling of Naughty Dog games but lately, I've just been craving some more Uncharted-esque fun.
I'd love to see what they would be able to accomplish with a new Uncharted game built specifically for the new gen of PlayStation.

It's definitely going to sell well but even if it doesn't, I doubt it will make much of a difference to Rockstar.
If anything, even if it doesn't sell, this will just give them an excuse to say singleplayer stuff doesn't earn.

Just port it all into the second game! I want to continue the epilogue of RDR2 straight into the start of RDR with all the outfits and weapons etc everything merged.

And then Undead Nightmare with RDR2's weather/fog.

I've said it before and I've said it again, if Rockstar really wanted to come out of this looking awesome, they should have just remade the first game in the engine of the second and made it so you could play through both games together, like the new Hitman games do.
Also, make all of the Online content (weapons, outfits etc) available in the story.

Plus... Imagine Undead Nightmare with RDR2's weather effects, mist etc.

I just wish they could have just remade it in the second game's engine and merged the two games like the new Hitman games.

I know it's hugely unlikely, especially considering Rockstar don't really bother with expanding on their single player content anymore (I'm still waiting for all the extra weapons, clothing items, horses etc from RDOnline to be added to the story) but I would love love love for them to "remake" the first game in the second and have it all merged together as a huge story with all the mechanics of the second game retrofitted to the first, sort of like the new Hitman trilogy.

That way you could play all the way through from fleeing Blackwater as Arthur to Jack getting revenge.

Since the Avengers game is so terrible, I'm all for them making a separate Marvel game universe which is lead by Insomniac and their Spider-man games.
I didn't expect a Wolverine game though.
I guess I was kinda hoping for a Daredevil game, since it would still be in New York.

@Bingoboyop Originally, I was all for it to be Egyptian and if it hadn't done Norse already, I'd have loved it to be Irish mythology but I actually think they should go really out there and have Mayan mythology.
It would such a huge contrast to Norse mythology and it really is awesome!
