Re: Saucy Sorceress Trailer Deployed for PS3 and Vita Brawler Dragon's Crown

shinobi88

Aside from the jigglin boobies, which I've already discussed XTREME displeasure with, this has the look of a Disney movie. And that ain't a bad thing

The vast array of attacks excites me, specially the magic one where she makes the skeletons fight each other. The nowadays cruddy cliche industry standard of light attack/heavy attack/special move makes me nauseous. I have been overly spoiled to live through the beat 'em up golden age, where we had deeply complex move sets in games like Streets of Rage, with its punches, kicks, grapples, flips, hip tosses, suplexes, jump kicks, back attacks, special moves, and several different items to use and throw. There is absolutely no way that game can become competitive. Luckily, the dudes designing this game are also fond of that amazin era

Re: Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate Stalks the PlayStation Vita Later This Year

shinobi88

You might've overheard me say in the comments under 'Castle of Illusion' that I'm "rarely ever truly happy". Well, this is one of those rare instances. In my life, my entire FREAKING life, there has never been a great handheld Batman title. FINALLY.

Now, I ain't really a fan of these ridiculous "Metroidvania" clones. It's a pathetically cheap attempt to extend the lifespan. I dream of days gone by when side-scrollin games were about action and platforming, and difficulty was charged with extendin the lifespan. That being said, Armature is in charge of this game. They were trained in the importance of quality by the master Miyamoto himself. I have so much faith an trust in these dudes I'd let em take my girlfriend to Vegas for a week

Re: SEGA Conjuring Up Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse for PS3 and Vita

shinobi88

Casual video game fans will "ooo" and "aah" at this. But since I'm rarely ever truly happy, I gotta point out we're never gonna get the Game Gear version of this which was clearly superior with its more vibrant worlds and more satisfying butt stomp where the baddies flew off the screen instead of turnin into pixie dust. http://www.sega-16.com/2009/07/side-by-side-castle-of-illusion-genesis-vs-game-gear/

Re: Rumour: Sony Stitching New LittleBigPlanet Game for PlayStation Vita

shinobi88

Wow! What could compare to an announcement like? How about having my right leg sawed off? How about having all my teeth plucked out by a 6 year old kid who was simultaneously telling me an incoherent story about the last time they played Pokemon?

Vita is incredibly thin when it comes to AAA titles. I'm glad to see Sony wasting serious time and resources to develop a new LBP game, which is inevitably just a reskinned version of every other LBP

Re: So, WayForward's Totally Working on a DuckTales Remake

shinobi88

The unbelievably sick irony of all this is that WayForward originally got recognized in the industry for its ability to make xtremely high quality cartoon based side-scrollers waaaay back on the Game Boy Color with titles like Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Shantae. Yet, their two most recent side-scrollers, this one and Double Dragon Neon (which happen to be the ones I wanted to play MOST) aren't available on Nintendo's newest handheld. There's this thing that people with souls have, it's called loyalty. At least Renegade Kid has one (which kinda sucks in a way cuz I've begged Jools to port their games to Vita)

Re: So, WayForward's Totally Working on a DuckTales Remake

shinobi88

Between the new Ninja Turtles and Duck Tales games both not coming to 3DS, it finally proves one thing for absolute certain: video game publishers are the world's biggest d*** a** m***** f*****s. All you have to do is look at one stat, ONE freakin stat and see that Epic Mickey 2 sold 700,000 copies on the the 3DS in America and only 600,000 copies on all the other systems combined.

It's not rocket science. The younger gaming audiences skew towards handhelds and Nintendo systems especially. So why in the frick do a game based on a Disney cartoon and arguably the best action cartoon of all time not come to a Nintendo handheld?? Ya, these games have a large appeal to the 20+ crowd as well. And ya, I'd prefer to have these games on Vita. But the worlds idiocy pisses me off sometimes. It will ultimately lead to th end of consoles

Re: Is That The Phantom Pain on Hideo Kojima's Desktop Computer?

shinobi88

You have become a lil too obsessed with video games if you think Joakim was computer animated. I think it's cool that Kojima San wraps his game reveals up in a world of espionage like his games. But I don't care about this one personally. Not even factorin in how watchin a room full of people shot at close range goes WELL beyond the range of things humans should ever expose their psyche too, I'm just not feelin this game. Limpin around on a gimpy leg the whole time takes it out of the realm of game and into the world of Sims

Re: Dragon's Crown Trailer Punches Your Eyeballs with Pretty Graphics

shinobi88

Aside from the negative comments about the soft core porn look of the female characters, the art on this game is freakin amazing. Waaaay more beautiful than even Muramasa, which was made just a couple years ago by the same devs. And the gameplay looks like the exact same formula of 90s beat em ups like Golden Axe and Knights of the Round Table. Those games had the perfect formula, so why change it? How many modern side scrollers are ruined by trying to tack on modern gameplay elements?? I guess you wouldnt really notice how bad it's gotten unless you've owned a DS or 3DS where they still regularly release scrollers

Re: Dragon's Crown Trailer Punches Your Eyeballs with Pretty Graphics

shinobi88

I actually contacted Atlus and told them I wouldn't buy it unless they stop the sorceress's boobs from bouncin in the US version. I don't need sex distractin me from gameplay. We'll see what they do. They slightly edited the princess in Code of Princess for 3DS in the US. She went from the unacceptable stripper look to the ok I guess slutty look

Re: SEGA Counting Down to New PlayStation 3 and Vita Announcement

shinobi88

I just KNEW that my all-time favorite company would one day give my Vita some legit lovin. I'm ready for blast processin! I'm ready for the next level! I'm ready to do what Nintendont! SEGAAAA!!!

I can 197% guarantee you this ain't a Sonic game. Cuz Sonic is one thing that NintenDO. I'm seriously hoping, like veins bulgin out of my forehead hoping, that this has somethin to do with that Hardlight Studios Vita game that's been in limbo for a while.

Re: Japanese Sales Charts: PlayStation Vita Sinks Back into Second

shinobi88

Who cares about the 3DS when we can continue to celebrate the Vita's rise to prominence?? That makes, what, FOUR straight weeks of decent sales despite only, what, ONE decent game coming out? It's amazing that Vita got to first place last week but like I've said all along it doesn't need to. It just needs to make some noise like this week and devs will flock to it knowin that it's more favorable to 3rd parties and original IPs.

Re: Epic Mickey 2 Is Painting Its Way onto PlayStation Vita

shinobi88

There's a specific genre of gaming that I have just seceded will always SUCK on Vita: licensed games. Now, even though I consider myself a hardcore gamer, I am still a kid at heart. I happen to LOVE licensed games (so long as they're not completely broken). It's the ability to physically control a character that I have been emotionally attached to for over 20 years that constantly brings a smile to my face while playing.

I NEVER would have expected a game like this to come to Vita. But let's be frank here (or Nancy if you will), the Vita needs games. Specifically, retail games. Shelf fillers. If I could have chosen ANY licensed game for Sony to port to Vita, it would've been one of the Batman Arkham games. Or Transformers Cybertron. Mickey ain't at the very bottom of the list, though. If you say you don't got a lotta love for this squeaky voiced rodent you're a ******* liar, to put it very un-Disney like.

Long story short, I'll be pickin this game up. And I hope there's some more licensed lovin to follow

Re: Could The Last Guy Be Making a Comeback on Vita?

shinobi88

I ain't too concerned about the Last Guy or the Second Last Guy. What I am concerned about is NO Vita game announcements in the 7 months since the incredibly epic Tearaway was announced at Gamescom. Unless I'm mistaken, all we've heard about over that time is some downloadable titles an a off-road racing game. Where are the big boys?? The AAAs? We know Kojima and Ubisoft are workin on games and Irrational was supposed to be workin on a game, but when are we gonna hear somethin? The disgusting thing is that developers WANT to make Vita games. MAJOR players like Epic, Rockstar, and Sega all have Vita projects in mind. But at the end of the day it comes down to sales in the West. I've seen Vita ads littered all over ESPN, but like I've said from day 1, no one except the hardcores is gonna pay $250+ for a handheld device whose CORE purpose is gaming. Sony needs to have a lot up their sleeves for E3 an I'm a lil skeptical given Vita's performance at Sony's conference the last couple years...though for some strange reason I got a feelin they'll pull through this one time

Re: Japanese Sales Charts: Soul Sacrifice Pushes Vita Above 3DS

shinobi88

Ninty didnt just lose the battle with Vita this week. Theyre down a cool $30 mill in court bc they stole the tech for 3DS. Guess Phoenix Wright was on vacation this month. Anyway, this is all pretty ironic seein how thats a very hardcore thing to do for a company that has NO hardcore games coming to its system.

Re: Japanese Sales Charts: Soul Sacrifice Pushes Vita Above 3DS

shinobi88

A hardcore action title, in the American sense, is a 1st or 3rd person game where you take a humanoid character and run around and blow the crud outta stuff. Im talkin your Halos, Call of Dutys, A. Creed, Splinter Cell, Tomb Raider, Gears of War. This is a factual statement: 3DS doesnt have a single game that fits that description in development or even rumored to be in development. Even if we include 1st Nintendo party games the only game that registers as slightly hardcore is the unnanounced Zelda title. Oh, Renegade Kid has an FPS in development but it only an eShop game so it has no multiplayer an will probly take 15 min to beat. Pokemon and Harvest Moon might appeal to me if I was 9 or a female. Vita on the other hand has already gotten a healthy dose of 3rd party hardcore support and with at the very least Ubisoft and Konami fully on board. I know man can not live on hardcore games alone. Id love to play a Luigis Mansion or DK Country. But if I own a system that has , by no exxageration, ZERO hardcore support, well then I wouldnt be no man. Remember, ALWAYS attack aggressively

Re: Japanese Sales Charts: Soul Sacrifice Pushes Vita Above 3DS

shinobi88

You heard it here 1st folks, the current highest selling system in Japan is struggling. Wow. I never coulda guessed. 3DS has NO 3rd party support. And yes, I'm talkin about the West, which is where 99.9% of the peeps who frequent this board are from. You get NO major 3rd party franchises from the consoles. The only reason that RE Mercenaries, RE Revelations, and MGS 3D came to 3DS is that they were conceived before the system launched and it was perceived that the 3DS would appeal to hardcore gamers, which hasn't been the case. Since those games released, there has been no major 3rd party support aside from jokes that shouldn't even be considered games like the 3DS version of Disney Infinity which is a mini-game collection instead of the open world version, cruddy Sonic-Rush style games repeated ad nauseum, or the jillionth LEGO title no one cares about.

And the Vita had a big holiday season in the West so the only one who would describe it as struggling over here is lacking brain cells. Is it killin sales over here? Not yet, no. But with the inevitable price drop, the heavily rumored redesign, the 1st ever high-quality fully featured FPS on a handheld (krone mercs), and the ability to fully connect and stream games with the 1st next NEXT gen system (PS4), Vita is guaranteed to become a consistent sales juggernaut worldwide.

And like I said, Vita doesn't even need to beat 3DS, it just has to come close. 3rd party and original IP Vita games (like um, Soul Sacrifice sellin 114k in a week, maybe) sell at a much higher rate per console owner than 3DS games. And 3rd party devs are gonna go where they can make money.

And P.S. since I actually pay attention to the gaming world and y'all are just casual observers, Capcom was recently quoted as sayin they were disappointed RE Revelations only sold 600k and that other awesome lookin Lost Planet spin-off on 3DS didn't sell squat. Plus, that one didn't even come stateside, which brings up a whole other Vita advantage, aka no region lock. So I am 199% sure that Capcom, the ONLY major 3rd party dev givin 3DS hardcore game love, won't EVER bother makin another AAA hardcore title for the system. Which means they're either gonna quit makin games (doubtful) or give Vita some tender hearted lovin

Re: Japanese Sales Charts: Soul Sacrifice Pushes Vita Above 3DS

shinobi88

Whether you're a Nintendo fan or not, you gotta admit this is some kinda underdog story. From being the WORST selling Eastern based console in the biggest Eastern market to becoming the absolute BEST Eastern based console in the biggest Eastern market, in terms of hardware AND software.

Technically speakin, the Vita has been the highest sellin system over there for 2 weeks, but last week only half counts since the 3DS & 3DS XL combined to sell more. The XTREMELY good news is that we don't even need Vita to outsell the 3DS. We just need it to come relatively close. Since 3rd party games sell WAY better on Vita than on 3DS (as evidenced by huge sale #s for CoD, AC, and Gravity Rush on Vita and failed expectations for major 3rd party tiles like RE and Metal Gear Solid on 3DS) Vita is gonna continue to get support from major 3rd party players like Ubisoft, Activision, and Sega, and hopefully bring in some other heavy hitters like Capcom and Epic. 3DS on the other hand has literally no major 3rd party games even just rumored to be on the horizon, except from the occasional very niche, Nintendo loyal developer like Treasure (who I love btw)

Re: Japanese Sales Charts: Soul Sacrifice Pushes Vita Above 3DS

shinobi88

@rastamadeus, I disagree. Miyamoto JUST said in an interview that he thinks E3 is a poor place to make announcements and that it is best to just offer a chance to try out new games there. He said that Nintendo Direct is where they'll make most of their announcements. So enjoy the ND that just happened a couple weeks ago cuz there's all your announcements. Vita on the other hand is gonna get FLOODED with new game announcements as developer after developer jumps on board due to the price drop sales bump over there and soon to be here.

P.S. The 3DS has NO 3rd part support. You won't see any major 3rd party franchises like Assassin's Creed or Call of Duty or even another Resident Evil game coming to the 3DS while Vita will be gettin new installments annually. Why would a 3rd party waste time on 3DS when dumb kiddy copycat game like NSMB 2 sells 7 million copies and a once in a generation epic like RE Revelations can barely get to 600k despite not having any competition on the system in the genre it released??

Welcome to the next generation

Re: Talking Point: Could 2013 Be the PlayStation 3's Biggest Year Yet?

shinobi88

2013 will be an AMAZING year for Vita. Aside from Killzone Mercenary, Sly Cooper, Tearaway, and Dragon's Crown, we've got a new Metal Gear Solid game to look forward too.

Don't know what I'm talking about? Guess you haven't heard of the Phantom Pain, the game revealed at the VGA's this year. Behind the title at the end of the trailer you can see the words "Metal Gear Solid V". Sounds like Metal Gear Solid 5 for PS3 or PS4, right? Not a chance. You'd have to be dumber than a box of rocks to think the title of games in the Metal Gear Solid series goes MGS 1, MGS 2, MGS 3, MGS 4, MGS V. Why the sudden change to Roman Numerals? It's not Roman Numerals, it's a V...as in Vita. Plus, Kojima actually said when Fox engine was revealed that they would make a Vita version to go along with every new major console MGS game. Though, it was still being called NGP back when he made those comments

Re: Sony Bend Recruiting for Blockbuster Vita Game

shinobi88

Couple the fact that Syphon Filter has been rumored on Vita for a while and that another studio is already developing an Uncharted game for Vita, and you've got 100% accuracy that this is a Syphon Filter game, which should be extremely awesome. I seriously hope they're not just starting development. Uncharted came out a while ago, what have they been doing since then??

Re: Tomba! Will Be Playable on Vita from Tomorrow

shinobi88

What are you people complaining about? A new system is about NEW games. Backwards compatibility is a bonus. They're dishing out at least 100 PS1 games tomorrow. If that ain't enough games to wet your whistle, either A.) you never sleep, or B.) you've been cloned several times. Nobody twisted your arm and made you give up your PSP if it was loaded with old timers. And IF the slow delivery is due to preventing piracy, live with it. Have you ever dealt with piracy? Somebody jacked your car? Stole your paycheck before you got it? Didn't think so. Just enjoy the update tomorrow

Re: Metal Gear Rising Vita Cut Loose Due to Power Limitations

shinobi88

Good news that Goodbye Galaxy Games, who isn't on the big list of developers, is developing a new game for PS Mobile and Jools Watsham of Renegade Kid, is considering developing for it, he could use your coaxing via Twitter tho (hint, hint)

AND, 100 PS1 titles will be available August 28

Re: Metal Gear Rising Vita Cut Loose Due to Power Limitations

shinobi88

I never expected HUGE games like Fall of Cybertron or MG Rising to come to Vita. But it is good news that the Vita is close to being able to handle the job and devs are giving it a long look. Hoping for scaled down versions of some of these games, preferably with 'Batman' in the title

Re: Reaction: Criterion's Setting an Example to All Vita Developers

shinobi88

Also, I'm in the process of trying to convince Jools Watsham to join PS Mobile. For those that don't know, Jools is head of Renegade Kid. And when it comes to downloadable games, he is soon to be a LEGEND. He has only developed two games for 3DSWare, Mutant Mudds and Bomb Monkey, but they've been met with RAVE reviews. He doesn't mess around when he makes a game, I'm talking Mega Man 2 quality soundtrack on Mutant Mudds. He's got a lot of stuff in development, like Mutant Mudds 2, which would be very close to the top, if not THE top downloadable game I'm looking forward to. I asked him if he'd get involved with PS Mobile on Twitter and he responded "Maybe. I don't know much about it. Sounds cool tho. Do you work for Sony? " You'd be wise to also show support for Jools on his blog or Twitter

Re: Reaction: Criterion's Setting an Example to All Vita Developers

shinobi88

If you head over to Metacritic, and look at the top 100 games from any system you choose, you'll find that 85% of the games come after the system has been on the market for a year. Simple equation that with each new game a dev develops for a system, they improve their graphics engine and find ways to squeeze more space out of the disk for a larger experience. This should hold true for the Vita, starting in January 2013...supposing it survives that long.

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE: I stay in contact with an up and coming dev who I have good confidence in by the name of Hugo Smits, lead programmer for Goodbye Galaxy Games. He specializes in retro-styled games. Formerly, he has developed games only for Nintendo DSiWare, games like Flipper 1 & 2 & Ace Mathitician, all of which received good, if not overly spectacular reviews. He just informed me that he is far along in development on an old-school 1st person shooter for PS Mobile! He's been planning this FPS for years, as it's always been his dream game, and his most recent plans were to release it on 3DSWare. Guess Sony found ways to convince him to come to our side of the force

Re: Reaction: Criterion's Setting an Example to All Vita Developers

shinobi88

This was said in a pre-gamescom Pushsquare article: "Never has a third-party title been so important to a platform’s prospects, and it’s paramount that the first-person spin-off (Call of Duty Vita) makes a positive initial impression." ...guess Vita is screwed

Oh, and Sonic Racing Transformed will easily be the best racing game on Vita. No doubts Need for Speed will be 2nd tho

Re: Reaction: Criterion's Setting an Example to All Vita Developers

shinobi88

I have so much to talk about this subject that I wish PS Push would let me write my own article on it. Gamescom COMPLETELY changed the Vita. Let me 'splain.

When Vita was 1st on the market, there were NO major developers working on it. Uncharted wasn't being developed by Naughty Dog, Resistance wasn't being developed by Insomniac (who also said they wouldn't work on ANY Vita games), Killzone wasn't being developed by Guerrila, and LBP wasn't being developed by Media Molecule. It looked like weak spin-off city.

And you can see the mixed results that come from having second-tier developers working on games. Uncharted LOOKED like a PS3 Uncharted, but it didn't play like a PS3 Uncharted. It was missing some epic set pieces and a thrilling story. Resistance wasn't especially good and Call of Duty (by the same Resistance devs) was so unimpressive graphically that Sony was embarassed to show it at E3.

But around comes Gamescom, and oh, how the tides have turned. Guerilla Games absorbed the company making Killzone Vita, so now Guerilla is in charge of developing the game, and it looks AMAZING. Media Molecule is developing a BRAND NEW IP for Vita, plus TWO quality second-tier companies are combining to make LBP Vita look authentic. Insomniac, who SWORE they wouldn't mess with Vita, are now developing Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault, which is coming to Vita.

The biggest thing to me, was that Need for Speed Most Wanted is proving that you can port a full, open-world PS3 game to Vita without cutting corners. What that means is that the sky is the limit for getting console-quality games on Vita. To top it all off, Sony instituted cross-buy, meaning free Vita games for any PS3 owner. If Sony can get 3rd party devs, like Criterion, to buy into the cross-buy program, there is NO reason that a PS3 owner wouldn't get a Vita. Free freakin games! And someone like myself, who doesn't own a PS3, well...I get to play current gen console games on a handheld. Doesn't get any cooler

Not that a second-tier company can't make a quality original game when given the proper resources. AC III: Liberation is looking like Vita GOTY. They're using the same technique as the Uncharted devs, stealing the game engine from their console big brothers. So technically, these games, though they feature original stories and scenarios, could loosely be considered PS3 ports. Hmmm, maybe "add-on content" would be a better word

Re: Learn About Some of the Titles Coming to PlayStation Mobile

shinobi88

Too early to tell how good these games will be, but in my eyes, they're already looking more solid than the Minis. The rhythm piano and rhythm fighting games look cool. I'm not especially into super primitive presentation like Super Crate Box. I like a little Nintendo-quality presentation on my Sony mobile games...if that makes sense. Keeping my fingers crossed that Sega will bring Streets of Rage to this program

Re: 007 Legends Opts to Die Another Day

shinobi88

Are they trying make the crappiest collection of Bond movies ever? The Connery flicks, Dr. No, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball are head and shoulders above the rest. Roger Moore flicks For Your Eyes Only and Man With the Golden Gun were solid as well. Goldeneye is the only good modern Bond flick. Far as I know this game isn't focusing on any of those. So this is like a collection of second rate Bond movies. Good job guys

Re: Reaction: PlayStation Vita Is Back in Play

shinobi88

Not that I don't also dig Vita exclusives. AC III Liberation & Killzone Mercenaries look like console quality blockbusters you can only find on Vita. And there's always the inevitable Gravity Rush 2 to look forward to...

Re: Reaction: PlayStation Vita Is Back in Play

shinobi88

This Gamescom presentation BLEW ME AWAY. All you inept video game sites (partially joking here) told us all we should expect was two Playstation game announcements, with no guarantee either was related to Vita. Instead, for the Vita alone, we get TWO game announcements (Tearaway and Ratchet & Clank), TWO 1st gameplay reveals (Killzone and Call of Duty), a new bundle, a hard date for PS Once classics, news on PS Plus coming to Vita, and another HUGE announcement that a slew of Iphone-style mobile games will be coming to Vita. This made E3 look like a joke. And I'm still giddy honestly.

The bad news is I'm a realist. And even if the Vita had a game where you could control a topless Megan Fox, it wouldn't be a huge seller. History has proven OVER and OVER from the Dreamcast, to the PS3, to the 3DS, that price is the #1 thing in determining a system's sales. Vita needs to be marked down at LEAST $30 and the price of memory cards needs to be halved

Back to actual Vita gaming, I LOVE how they are making brand new PS3 releases come out in the exact same form on Vita. PS Battle Royale, When Vikings Attack, Ratchet & Clank, Sonic Racing Transformed, and Sly Cooper are all Vita games I'm MOST looking forward too. I'm worried that when the PS4 comes out, they won't be able to do this anymore, since the PS4 will make a huge jump graphically

Re: Spy Hunter Races onto Vita This October

shinobi88

I'm a little curious why the author of this article was more harsh on this game than on the Call of Duty Vita game. I don't appreciate it honestly. Spyhunter 2012 is a love letter to the fans that have been dying to see a game with that in the title. It sticks close enough to the original formula that I'll be smiling the whole way through. The people who are interested in this game aren't holding it to the same standard as a Triple AAA title like CoD, they just want a fun experience. And dude above me, do you think there are an infinite number of former Bizzare Creations devs out there?? If you paid attention to anything, you'd know the main guy from Bizzare is already working on the mind-bogglingly awesome looking Sonic Racing Transformed

Re: First Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified Trailer Fires Online

shinobi88

The playability of a game is more important than the sexiness of it. So let's wait for some reviews before we bury this. After all, there has never been even a decent CoD on a handheld.

Too bad this is coming out so soon after Resistance that Nihilistic really doesn't have time to learn from its mistakes

Re: Wonderbook Commits Brand New Franchises to Paper

shinobi88

Why do you care if it drives sales for PS3? PS3 is a lame duck console, PS4 is out next year. The only thing that needs sales to save Sony and itself, is the Vita. And they had a heckuva show today. I'm giddy about it actually. Still not sure it will improve sales, history has proven that console price is the #1 selling factor and Sony is too stubborn to drop it

Re: Wonderbook Commits Brand New Franchises to Paper

shinobi88

If I was a kid, I'd think Wonderbook was pretty dam cool. Honestly, I'm a big kid and I think it's pretty dam cool. What's the ONE major thing that could kill any game like this? The AR doesn't work right. And lo and behold, during the E3 demonstration, the AR didn't work properly. Hopefully they get the kinks worked out.

Is this game GUARANTEED to be huge? That's a BIG negative. PS3 is a system that skews more toward hardcore gamers, so the install base for kids and girls, the main Wonderbook audience, can't be prolific. And the PS4 is due out next year which might scare some people off. There's no doubt it could be a big hit, in relation to Sony's other products I mean, but you just can't predict the market. If everyone knew that teaming a moderately popular license, Spyro, with a game that ties together toys and games, then they all would have had the highest selling game on their hand. Instead, Activision is the only company just SWIMMING in money
