In my opinion it's playstations execs seeing how much xbox will make from COD and its micro transactions and probably try pushing the live service path for the last of us to get all that dollar bill yall

This console era is the remasters era for games, there has been a few okish ones. most games they have remastered we didn't want or need.

It was a a great game anyway, but how come I had a better experience in the original palystation 5 than the ps5 pro, it's another lie than sony has promised but failed on miserably, some games have underperformed on ps5 pro despite there promises. Expensive paper weight

Most powerful console ever! Yea right there are no leaps and bounds with this machine, ps4 pro introduced hdr and 4k upscaling which made a bit of a difference, but this so called most powerful console ever is another step for playstation to recuperate losses they have made and make false claims, there is no way this machine will do 120fps in 4k, playing last of us 2 had stuttering issues day one.

@Weebleman couldn't agree with you more, witcher 3 remasters was free and noticeable, when playstation do it is behind a pay wall and it's really not that noticeable.

Also the next showcase will feature mostly remakes and remasters and may mention new titles that are in early development

It's 4 years into this generation cycle and from previous console generations cycles to go by usually last 6 years, so not long left and most of those game studios you have mentioned have games they announced late last year and year before, as an old game developer myself I can tell you most of those games will be next generation as games take time to make even non AAA games. Let's be fair ps5 era has been a let down from the start with barely any games at the start. Even announced games like next elder scrolls will skip this generation. Most of them have been remasters, I'm not saying there hasn't been ok games released but they all have had issues from their release. When you look back previous generations had notable games. This generation of consoles not just playstation have been mediocre at best, there was a recent photo of kijoma working on a new title with a covered development kit in background which rumoured to be ps6 dev kit. The game in question is an unknown title but won't be released anytime soon. Ps6 will be in next couple years i wager with more notable games. They have released ps5 pro to test the waters of what consumers will pay for so they get the idea for the ps6.

The ps5 generation was just a remasters era with only a few note worthy games, hopefully ps6 generation will bring new and note worthy games

Still doesn't warrant anyone to go out and buy a ps5 pro for £700, what's will all the remasters, where are the new games we were promised a year after ps5 was released

The game is bloated with pointless side quests, it feels more like a chadley simulator than next chapter of fantastic orginal, graphics is last gen at best, boss fights are decent and story is OK but for me is ruined by the lack of ideas, it seems rushed for a money grab. Yes things are skippable but I paid 70 quid for a 4 hour story at best. They skipped the best parts from the original from chocobo breeding, the next chapter will have the Ruby weapon and emarald weapons skipped and certain important stroy lines will be skipped so disappointed. Did we really need a remake or should it be a remaster. It's a poor imitation of one of the first and best games I ever played and holds a great memory in my heart and distracted me from a very bad part of my life.

Well i bought the ps5 regalla collectors edition on ps5 and despite half the add ons you get is quite useless, the disappointing thing is the statue is rather small and not very well designed, the previous thunderjaw statue was way better. I dont understand why the game is being bombed, i rather like it. I guess its easier to to ridicule a game and bring it down than rather express positivity you get more views that way the day and age we live in bring back the simple magazine reviews
